What you are buying

For the displayed one-time price, we review the submitted quote, check relevant public licensing and entity sources, compare key names and amounts, request current insurance proof using the contact information available, and provide a private source-linked report. Coverage and source availability vary by trade and jurisdiction.

Payment account label

Stripe currently displays JustHandled as the payment account and Prove the Pro Contractor Verification as the product. This label does not change the price, report, refund policy, or support address shown on this site.

Your authority and accuracy

You must be at least 18, connected to the listed project, and authorized to provide the files and request proof. You are responsible for accurate contact, project, contractor, and payment information. Do not submit another person’s private documents without permission.

Verification is not an endorsement

A clear public record or current certificate does not establish quality, honesty, solvency, suitability, future coverage, or likely project outcome. A mismatch, silence, or unavailable record is not proof of fraud. We report the source and its limits so you can decide what to investigate next.

No professional advice or regulated report

We are not a licensing authority, insurer, insurance producer, law firm, construction professional, or consumer reporting agency. Reports are not legal or insurance advice, an inspection, a credit or background report, or a substitute for professional judgment. Do not use the service for employment, housing, credit, insurance underwriting, or another eligibility decision.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, deceive, investigate unrelated people, access restricted records, or make an unlawful decision. We may refuse a request that lacks a legitimate project connection or cannot be handled safely and lawfully.
